Yep. Â Bugs that really screw a large number of people or are annoying at the time tend to end up as fond memories. Â There were numerous, game-breaking bugs in the Mists of Pandaria Beta, like turtles that would disconnect you once they attacked you, and one particularly "memorable" bug that would cause you to immediately disconnect and be unable to log back in if you got near any other players. Â Like, any of them.
Cities became ghost towns as people fled from each other, terrified that even being close to another character would mean the end of their Beta experience!  Even visiting a neutral auction house or vendor out in the wild was a risk, because you didn't know if someone else would stumble on you.Â
ÂÂ <== that was me for most of that build.
Even in a live game, you'll occasionally have craziness. Â There was a group of exploiters using a bug to crash entire servers at one point, and bragging about it on a 3rd party website. Â The forums exploded with rage (which was what the exploiters wanted) and Blizzard couldn't figure out how to stop them for several hours. Â But eventually they got it fixed, and got everything back up and running. Â And there's an entire Wikipedia page on the Corrupted Blood Incident. Â
This too shall pass. Â It sucks, and I'm sad I can't play my character anymore, but we'll get through it.
