I do have some ideas for how this could happen. -Events should take place at an actual Adventurer's Guild. Maybe alternate between Gridania, Ul'dah, and Limsa Lominsa? -At each of these events, newcomers can get Linkpearls to an "Adventurer's Guild Linkshell" in order to keep tabs on the bigger RP events? -For some of the bigger events, maybe establish multi-man teams out of the random pool of RPers that are available, "encouraging" others to RP together as they complete their guild mission? -Permit Free Company recruiters to host certain events (scheduled in advance) in order to recruit potential candidates for their Free Company? Shouldn't be the "exclusive" event, mind you, but it would be nice to showcase some of the RP Free Companies in this way.
