Sorry if I wasn't clear. It's how the game handles internet connections, basically. Tweaking graphics and such won't 'fix' it. The only 'fix' is a faster/more reliable internet connection, as far as I'm aware. :s  It'll probably get better when the servers calm down and there isn't hundreds of people running around in each zone causing so much data to go back and forth, though!
