Because this is ridiculous. We are in a server full of reddit players that is overpopulating 70% of the population and 20% of other communities and 10% of roleplayers. That doesn't change that this server is beyond the save of allowing people to play on it since it's too populated. It's #1 most over populated server.
I'm ignorant so please excuse me, but how do we know conclusively that all the reddit persons who joined the game during the last open betas actually put money on the game?
Because during the Rift open testing phase, hell yeah the servers were vomiting people back out by test 4, but very few of those persons actually bought the game. Â The traffic came from people who loved what they saw by round 2 of beta, pre-ordered, then didn't play until early access. Â The reddit masses were probably a tenth to a fifth of the original crowd in beta, if my understanding of the situation is correct.
