Drahem, good answers! I've seen some people use Yell (yellow) instead of Shout but Shout seems to be the "general channel". I'm not even sure what the difference is between the two. o_O Say (white) has a short range and is used for RP or just random chit-chat for non-Rpers... in crafting guild areas, people sometimes use Say to ask question about how stuff works, too.
