I don't know, I still think SE could of looked at their pre-sales two weeks prior to launch and seen that they did not have the capacity they needed.Â

Not saying that, that would of been enough time to "fix" the problem, but maybe it would of given them time to come up with a solution like an actual working queue and an automatic AFK log out system.Â

Both are pretty basic features in MMOs today.
