
I don't understand why people are trying to justify the abuse of game mechanics, especially when there's multiple ways of earning gil. The problem is that many players rush through the rest of the game and then obsess over the perceived 'end game' whilst wanting all the perks that come with it. Perhaps Square Enix will make dungeons more profitable in the future? I don't know, I'd like them to - but until then cheating and abusing game mechanics is not the way to go.
