For Balmung anyway, it depends heavily on the time you're on and where. Since the major hubs are heavily populated, at least in my experience, RPers tend to prefer the out-of-the-way cities and outposts, so we don't have to put up with the muggles (non-Rpers) cluttering up the chat channels.Â
