I've taken a break from role-playing my Miqo'te simply due to the unfortunate trend of a lot of Miqo'te role-play revolving around creepy ERP requests or perhaps even worse tweenage style romance drama. The amount of times I see the exact same role-players going on and on about how 'cute' it'd be if their Miqo'te shagged each other is beyond ridiculous. It seems to make up a good portion of the discussion going on in certain Linkshells.
Granted, this isn't anything new - the exact same issue afflicted Night Elf and Blood Elf role-play back in WoW, so there's definitely portions of the role-playing community that deserve to be mocked for their behaviour. It's just a shame the rest of us are often tarnished with a similar brush by association.
