But I know a lot of cosplayers just use come pretty serious eye brow pencils to get some nice lines. http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2012/1...52ikel.jpg The Rinoa cosplayer above pretty much used one to make her eyes pop out more.  The website I showed you (cosplay.com) has a huge forum of web help too.  All sorts of things to check out. =D
