It's very strange to suggest changing the language to Japanese. I'm willing to bet a very large portion of players don't speak or understand it. The English voice acting isn't the worst I've heard in an MMO, though some of the voices are a lot better than others. Most of the other tips are decent enough, but the first isn't a tip - it's effectively just snobby propaganda with a personal opinion passed off as fact.
