Square-Enix are capable of doing a by the numbers drop down box type help, but when it has actual -questions- in it. It's when all hell breaks loose. Yeah, any time I ask them a specific question, I get a response back that has absolutely nothing to do with the question I asked, or I'm told to ask other players for help.
