The first few days I played kinda sucked. I'd specifically told friends that I wouldn't be joining their server because I wanted to scratch that RP itch, starting fresh on a server where you don't know anyone meant I needed to be more active about finding people to RP with. I took mental notes of people here on the forums I thought were pretty cool. I got lucky, Siobhain was starting The Grindstone LS and it fit the character concept I was working on nicely.
Admittedly, it took me a couple of days to even send Sio a tell because I'm not overly social myself and felt kinda awkward trying to "put myself out there" so to speak. The result? I'm in an LS and FC with people I have a good time hanging out with, you can't hope for better than that.
