Hi,
I'll most highly appreciate hearing from anyone who successfully renewed FFXIV with a lump sum 60 days or more.

I've been spending a lot of time on the
Square Enix Mog Station Support Center in an attempt to renew for 90 or 180 days. All it allowed me to do is recurring 30 days which occurred upon my entering the credit card information.

Searching all over the Mog Station website and derivative web pages hasn't yielded the magic page where I am to enter lump sum payment.

There is a bunch of narrative of so-called "crysta" but the about Crysta web page reads "COMING SOON" in the block for FFXIV, so this seems to imply that the use of purchased "crysta" currency(?) is not yet applicable for FFXIV specifically. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

A message posted to the Square Enix forum has gone unanswered.

Any assist will be most graciously appreciated.
