A player maintained wiki as well as an IC publication "The lantern". For a little more in depth description of it all feel free to click on the "Welcome" panel on the front page, it links to a post set up by the moderators describing some of the sites features.
The RPC has quite the database of knowledge, from Evas RP handbook, to the Calendar listing of events. Its all open for you to use, and don't hesitate to ask any questions you might have.
