Though you already have "WINGS" listed as a linkshell, i'd like to point out that you can also take a look at the linkshell hall here for any additional groups you might be interested in. They range from mercenaries to merchants and everything between.
If you'd like to take your time, which I certainly did, go ahead and lurk the forums, read up on the wiki, maybe check out an article or two on the Lantern, get to know the people and maybe when a conversation comes up that you particularly enjoy, you can jump in!
