EDIT: skip post, answers already posted above, dang, too late.
Hello Caex,
I'll preface my statement with a big fat "Miqo'te are not really my thing, so I operate on forum posts and likely miss many of the nuances afforded to the fluffy people"
Have you had the chance to read over the offical lore post at:

Unless i'm missing something, a simple work around would be to simply take the name you have planned, and add one of the male suffixes to the forename. For example if we suppose you were the first born son of Caex Vaeriar, you would be Caex'a Vaeriar. (You could of course use the other suffixes depending on which order of son you wanted to be.) I'm unsure if the name over all is sufficiently "keeper" though I understand they are usually 2 syllabic forenames such as you have.
As an aside, while I totally dig the keeping of OOC significance, I think its important to analyze why you want to keep it an whether or not it meshes with the underlying current of the game world. I worked a subtle reference into my own name by making it a contraction of a "proper" Elezen name. But to each their own, I just like to think about those things I suppose.
