Another option to keep the original spelling to a degree would be a mix of Keeper and Seeker naming conventions. Â Using Seeker male naming, you could use C'aex. It might be a bit of a stretch, but the wiki article points out at least one NPC that is clearly a Keeper model that uses Seeker naming conventions, and I've seen at least a few players using a mix of naming conventions while running around in game.
I hope you find a way that you feel works for you and that you feel works within the naming conventions of the lore. Â I've got a couple names I really like using in MMOs myself for similar reasons, and I just couldn't figure a way to make either of them work with Miqo'te naming conventions.
