I really love this idea. I actually play a poet from Garlamald who absolutely loves to dance. He is still loyal to the Empire so you might not want him as a dance instructor and is only in Eorzea on "official business". Though he does delight in getting to know the common rabble citizens of Eorzea and doesn't let anyone know he is Garlean (for obvious reasons). If you can't find anyone else I would be interested in trying this out!
While not a lady, he is a Miqo'te. I think Aysun (hopefully I remembered your name correctly) is a female Miqo'te who is a dancer if you want to try giving her a poke.
