It's probably the whole anachronistic approach, I rarely play anything without cheats period based that isn't at least fantasy elements or such.. and the whole plot felt just "heh" to me. It was too dry for me all together. I tried it at least!

Well pirating is awesome, but the new story is kind of... well bad. They just wated to set this one in the pirate age and just made up the story as they developed the game...Â
...i think it should be the other way around for a really good game.
