Added it to the Dark Embers event calender. I cross post as many events from the RPC as possible, because not all our members frequent the forums, plus sometimes the calendar here doesn't update properly (likely due to not updating time settings, but no one listens about that).
I only do a month at a time for recurring, and check back each month to see if they're still happening. =)
