Well, for reference, a seven foot tall (human) man IRL would weigh around 250 lbs. I'd say if your character's female, it's probably about the same, considering muscle mass, etc. If your character is taller and male, you can probably just guesstimate to adjust this accordingly. Roe men get pretty beefy, and muscle weighs a lot.
