Balmung not accepting new characters?

Ranor Ranor Find all posts by this user Junior Member Posts:4 Joined:Dec 2013 Reputation: 0 Balmung not accepting new characters? | #1 01-01-2014, 09:02 PM So I finally got XIV, and while I will be maining with my friends toons on Odin I want to make an alt on Balmung, but as of this time of writing it is not accepting new characters? An odd mechanic, how does it work exactly? When will it be available again?
