You'll find a lot of ex-Ishgardians just because of the very nature of Ishgard. No patriot would be caught outside of Coerthas for extended periods, as their precious city-state is constantly under siege by dragons. It's very hard to justify an Ishgardian character who frequents places outside of Coerthas without making him a fugitive or deserter.
I'd still be interested in getting myself entangled in some Ishgardian roleplay though. My character is now a merchant with a Lominsan trading company, and most of his day-to-day involves diplomacy and trade, when he's not drinking himself stupid at a tavern. Having a little something involving his past going on on the side would still be fun.
And that offer's open to anyone.
