As a suggestion from what I can see sitting here in Gridania might be to give each FC a bit of face time up front at first. Â Opening speech, an introduction as it were. Â Just splitting off into your own little area tends to make smaller FC's kind of disappear compared to the large gatherings.
A small IC introduction followed by an OOC statement of goals and what type of FC you have to be might have been nice. Â Then breaking off into individual groups for smaller play.
