Ul'dah is definitely pretty hopping, so I doubt you'll have much trouble finding some great people there to rp with. That said, if you find yourself having difficulties finding people in game, don't hesitate to find some Ul'dah characters here in the wiki or Balmung directory and give their players a poke! And check out the events, too, there's a ball coming up that you could definitely use to get your character acquainted with others. Zhavi Streetrunner Cost ya t'keep me quiet.
