Effing Character Creation Issue

It depends on the tier your account is on. The entry account is the one that's $13 per month and it limits you to 1 character per server, 8 characters total. The regular account which is $15 a month moves the limit to 8 characters per server, 40 total. Edit: In case I misunderstood your question, are you getting a "server full" message instead? It's Sunday night so you will probably need to wait a while for people to go to sleep.
