Hah, well... having known and worked with people who had genuine Tourette's syndrome... the profanity thing isn't as common as media makes you think. Most people are just twitchy. A very small percentage stutter, restate partial phrases, or have random vocalizations. And while it can transfer into sign language, it wouldn't transfer to writing/typing. Same with someone with a form of coprolalia.
Even if the person was RPing someone with Tourette's or coprolalia, the excessive use would've been outside and without any context... and there was plenty of context.
