Its simple. Click the link, type in your name, click the times you will be available on which days and click "save". It does NOT require an account or log in.
The reason I don't just announce a time is because I am trying to choose times where the maximum amount of people are available. If it were simple meetings, this wouldn't be the case. But for major plot events, the maximum amount of people involved need to be there.
