Some of you may be familiar already with the work of Mitch Foust; he draws predominantly female characters in a realistic style. He's currently running a Kickstarter campaign for one of his artbooks, and some of the reward categories provide commissioned artwork. I've checked with him and he'll work from screen captures from XIV, so if you're looking to land some professional artwork from someone who rarely does commissions, you might want to check it out.
