This is the only hub I know of for XIV RP. The Linkshells tab above is where you'll find a listing of RP FC/LS's, many of which have their own websites. Not all the RP FC/LS's are listed there, of course, some opt not to do that and merely recruit in game.
Above is also the Wiki tab, which you can make a character profile on (and see many other character profiles).
