Unregistered   RE: New person! | #4 05-30-2014, 01:15 AM Hey! Welcome to the RPC! A few days ago I created a character on Balmung at around 1:30 A.M. GMT -6. I know other people have had luck creating characters at later times as well. I hope that helps a little.
