 Based on the replies, I have a way to use my alt Krell and have reached out to the folks who would potentially be involved in my actively bringing him into the game world. For him a person grudge against my main is a good driver and the fact that Ruru has interacted with others makes them good targets...er...I mean contacts for Krell.
