I am willing to make a second character on an RP server in order to have a little fun.  Basically, I just don't know where to start. I'm not sure what the culture is like--whether there are "Want Ads" for specific types of characters or otherwise.  I have heard that Balmung is a Legacy Server. Would that be the right place for someone as fresh as myself?
