Costa del Sol also has a bar, but I feel like it would best be used as a vacation or beach party spot instead of a general hotspot.
When I was still active in the community I ran an operationout of Costa Del Sol. At that time I was on another server but I am starting it up again. I could definitely use a helping hand if anyone is interested since the story has changed a bit. (New write up pending)
And I would very much be on board for reviving the Limsa RP
