I apologize if this topic is in wrong place. I had been wanting to get this game for weeks ever since friend mention it. And now i finaly got it! I just made my toon and i want to get in Balmung sever but it is not opening for me saying "This World is not accepting anymore new characters. You may either wait for restriction to be lifted, Or you may select another world."  I have been waiting for 7hours. How long ppl usualy wait for it to open?
