1. You don't have to but it's certainly helpful! It's up to you how much information to include! Some people put in everything, or others only include what would be common knowledge to avoid spoilers and prevent other players from metagaming. It's just personal preference.

3. Wherever you please! If you see someone RPing, feel free to jump in. If someone's search info says Walk Up's Welcome, feel free to walk up.
