You don't have to make a wiki page. Many players enjoy it and many players use them to make connections and such. I have small wikis for two of my characters both of which hold no real information. Â I personally prefer to learn about characters through RP, but I know people like Miss Zhavi that peruse the wikis all the time to find people and characters that would work in this story or that.
It's all what you want to put out there and want to work to upkeep.
I don't see any reason why not. We need some people pushing around coins while the rest of these poor adventurers slave for change.
Start as soon as you log in! Where ever you are! There is a lot of RP in the city-states themselves, namely places like the city's taverns/inns but there's no set in stone hubs. Just emote fish!
It's all just finding a balance. I don't think any would tell you she's OP. Create the character how you feel she should be! She has pros, she has cons. Skills and deficits. I'm sure you'll have fun fleshing her out and building on both sides of her (abilities and flaws). Have fun!
