Elle hasn't really frequented Limsa a whole lot, but she doesn't have to avoid it like she used to, so there is a possibility of running into each other. ^^

Elle does visit the Shroud occasionally. A couple of her more elusive friends tend to hide there, so she might see you around. ^^

Surveys, asking people questions

Lost & Found.. you found something in the corner and wonder if is theirs ir the reverse

Directions - you need directions to something, make it plausable and either real or not, what matters is the RP not getting directed

Selling - sell a thing or a service, like fortune telling or healing or .. etc..

Mistaken Identity - they think the other character is someone they know, great way to get them to compare them self against your made up person

You get the idea?

I've actually used a mix of two of these to get into a group rp that another FC was holding at their house, by having Elle try to deliver a message to someone who didn't live there. It was embarrassing for her, but funny for me.
