I was wondering the same thing. I assume the rest comes on official release, but if someone has confirmation it would be reassuring.

Pretty sure those are at launch for those that just got it. For those of us that have the 1.0 Collectors, I'm still looking for that answer but I'd suspect at launch too. It makes sense, they wanna make sure people actually purchase the CE rather than get the items then cancel the preorder. xD;; And yes, there was just a new patch put out, 1035.90MB

From what I read when I was doing all my preorder code stuff, it said that it would be given upon first entering the game. And that is for digital Collector's edition, SO I do believe you're right on thinking that. ~Koyu's Wiki Page~

Just loaded up the launcher again and phew, 1035mb patch
