Yes, this is how my game now looks ALL THE TIME. The depth of field has an auto-focus, so the blurring varies, and I'm still messing with the bloom and stuff. Still, I am so very happy with how my game looks right now, and DX11 isn't even here yet! SO PRETTY!

I used Reshade to get these effects going, plus lots of manual number tweaking on my part. I maaay be convinced to post my settings if pressed. Maybe. Possibly. At any rate, I really suggest messing around with this thing if you care about pushing the game's visuals. It's so glorious!

Too much bloom. Torchlight should not make your gloves painful to look at.
