Think Miqo'te is actually BLM/SMN, while Highlander is BRD. It would follow the SCOB caster/BRD trend + color scheme. Also, the hat the Miqo'te is wearing is actually the Maelstrom Allied Seal Mage Hat. For some reason, SE loves giving BRDs eyepatches...

They are both recolours of the Healer one, the middle one looks more caster to me, given it has that hat! (and the other has an eyepatch)

Pretty sure for all that beef, the monk bra would be more like a suggestion than a supporting item.

I know they're only prelim patch notes, but the lack of exposition on the two different item lockouts in WoD has me mildly concerned. I guess we'll see come next week!

I think they spoke about it during fanfest. One lockout for das gear pieces, and one lockout for das speshul-upgrado-component.
