Sir Terry Pratchett, renowned fantasy author, dies aged 66

I am so sad, I drew a lot from Terry's creations for my RP, especially Witch Nebula

I was really upset when I read this today.

When I first heard he had the condition, I sort of realized it was only a matter of time. Hearing him talk about the subject was always something... terrifying, yet amazing at the same time.

May he rest in peace, he walks with Death now.

Quite a fitting opening to that article, and sets the tone well. I've always been a big fan of his Discworld series, and I think everyone can TELL WHERE I GOT JUDGE'S WAY OF TALKING FROM. I think my favorite part about them is, while they were technically a "series," you could grab basically any one of them and they were a self-contained tale in their own right as well.

He will certainly be missed.

I was quite sad seeing this on my dashboard to know that he passed away but he's left behind a legacy that will be remembered.

life isn't always fair, terry pratchett will be missed and understandably; every fan of his books will be sending their thoughts and prayers to his loved ones. though it's sad to lose such a bright light, he left one hell of a legacy.
