I was wondering if there was an interest in doing an ooc fc summit. Balmung is a great server, and the RPC too, but I have noticed a decline inter-fc interaction. Thought it might be interesting to get together and sort of tell eachother about our rp's and fc. Maybe even use it to hammer out some larger scale server-wide rp. IDK, just sort of watching c-span and spitballing as I watch the UN meeting.

I love the sound of this! It would be a great way to establish communcation between each other, encourage new roleplays, and just generally get to know other FC plots.

I'm sure my FC RP leaders and me would like to come along Smile

I feel embarrassed. I misread this entirely!

It sounds like a wonderful idea. It could get a lot of great plots involved, and get Free Companies out of the house.

Â As an extra idea: an "Free Company Recruitment Fair"? A way to ICly advertise an IC free company, meet with potential members and get people interested.

Since I've yet to really find a FC that is active ta my playing time, I've actually thought about just 1 manning my own FC.

So now I think I'm going to do it so I can be all cool and be like "Yeah, I represent blah blah FC, so people come help"

Anyone recognizes "the jingle?"

The recruitment LS is a good idea but not my style, so I'll leave it to others. As for the Summit, I shall set up a page for it directly. As will I for a FC Fair. Best get this stuff done in May, june we will all be busy. So look for both here and pass the thought to your leaders and have them get with me. I shall set pages up for both in the event section.

I also like this idea though I would prefer to see it done somewhere like a forum myself. Linkshell space is soooo limited... and I don't think im the only FC leader or even just member of a group who has a full ls roaster. Heck, mines so bad i have linkshells on some characters I don't on others because there's too much and not enough room! Even my FC wants to open a IC ls now and I have no idea what LS I would have to drop to make that happen. ^^;
