JUDGE WOULD MEASURE TO ENSURE THE GLASS WAS EXACTLY HALF FULL AND HALF EMPTY, AND CORRECT IT IF IT FAILED TO MEET THIS REQUIREMENT. THOUGH, IT WOULD BE PROPER TO HAVE THE GLASS EITHER COMPLETELY FULL OR EMPTY TO AVOID SUCH UNNECESSARILY WAFFLING ON ITS STATUS.
