How interested would people be in Phoneix Wright styled role play for handling a murder case their character may commit? There would need to be a Murderer, A witness, and a defendant. The murderer and the witness can be the same person as can the defendant and the murderer. The case would start with all those involved creating a detailed description of what happened from start to finish and sending it OOC to the judge. The Judge would then create a crime scene which would feature only the end result and give it to two attorneys. The Attorneys would be allowed to study it, ask questions, and take what they want for evidence from the crime scene to support their case. But they would not be allowed to know the full story except for how it is ICly described by the character they are defending.
Then court would start and the Witness would give their testimony. It would then allow the opposing attorney to attempt to poke holes in the Witnesses story with the evidence they have gathered by pressing certain points in their testimony or objecting and presenting evidence for why a part of their testimony would not be true. You would slowly try to point out everywhere the witness is lying and eventually prove the defendant is not guilty and find out who is. The other attorney would of be out to prove the defendant guilty.
I just thought it might be interesting
