Trying to get an RPer bud to play with me but Balmung is locked 24/7, even in crazyhours.

I know in the past paid transfers could get you in, but everything I've seen confirming this is from at least 5 months ago, and I just wanna do a check to see if anyone has done this recently so that we know it still works.

Anyone know?

Paid transfers still work. You need at character at least 3 days old before you can transfer.

It's never changed.

I was looking for that as well. I really want to give FF a chance but the server lock is making me have second guesses. But if the paid transfer is a 100% guarantee then I'll just start somewhere else first.

Awesome, my question was asked and answered before I got the chance to pose it.Â $18 is more than worth it to get on a server with an active RP community as far as I'm concerned.Â Not saying it doesn't suck that we can't just create a character there - I've checked the servers right after the updates the last few nights in hopes that it would be unlocked without any luck - but it's better than not being able to get in at all.

dont forget you can put multiple characters from one server to balmung for the same 18 bucks, so might as well make all the characters you want for Balmung (up to 8) on the same server at the same time.Â then pay 18 and transfer them over
