She's going to be a little troublemaker, but also a brat. I plan to make her the 'ruler' of a fake country just so it gives her something to start her story with (A kind of character that tells tall tales, and is a troublemaker) Does that sound interesting to anyone? I'd love some form of feedback.

Totally 100% made up by her, it'll have a really overly grand name, and she'll have some kind of funky title that makes her sound like she's all that and a bag of chips. Deep down she's a really nice person, she just has a lying problem.

Honestly, I'm really intrigued by the character you've described so far and can't wait to see how she develops.  Personally I enjoy seeing characters with a quirk or two.  And, speaking from experience, playing a character who is a little bit delusional (not crazy delusional, but living in their own little world delusional) is a blast to play!
