Hello everyone! I didn't really know where to start on here so I guess an introduction is in order!

RPing has been part of my daily life for almost 5 years now (not counting the 4 more from my DnD days) and needless to say, writing has been an interest of mine since forever! I might not be the best at it (I typo often) but I do believe to be able to compose good stuff at times. I've been playing FF14 since its launch 2 years ago but sadly, I didn't join the right server for roleplay and ever since, I've been avoiding it thinking the server difference would be an issue.

Despite my predicament, I tempt my fate and see if I can start something on here and quench my thirst for FF14 rp! My character's name is the same as my moniker (Hito Shura), a name that stuck with me ever since I played SMT: Nocturne a long time ago. A tribute to my favorite game of all times while being an awesome usable name! ;D

Also even if you do not have a character on either of the rp servers (or I guess the main servers that are called rp servers) i'm sure you could talk to people and maybe still get some rp going. ^^Â

Even without being on the correct server there is always forum or skype as possible options.

Sadly, I do not. With 2 years dedicated to my character on Behemoth, millions of gil made and a mansion, it will be hard for me start elsewhere or even transfer considering the limitations regarding housing. I guess I can try in due time if my adventures here lead me to find motivation to make an alt over there. We'll see!

At the same time, I would like to see if anything can be started on other servers outside Balmung or if anyone from my server is lurking in these waters. But like Rosekitten said, I'm sure I can find fellow RPers somewhere despite my location.

Yeah! That's where I thought I would start and if anything gives me the motivation to do so, I might just try to sneak on one of the RP servers.

A lot of people manage cross-server role-play one way or another. I, myself, have alts on several servers; not the most efficient, but it's an option. Of course, Skype and forum RP are always a good alternative. I understand how restricting servers can be in regards to keeping in contact with people. That said, it's a pleasure to meet you! Let's RP some time~!

A pleasure to make your acquaintance as well and thank you very much for your understanding and support. Indeed, the forums and other places such as skype are very good options for cross-server RP! It is obvious though that direct RP is the best but yeah... Levelling and dressing up a character can be rough! Especially if your main gear set for RP requires Allied Hunt seals! T^T

But yeah! I'll start adding interested people to my skype eventually or simply start something here soon! Putting info about my character would be a good start too! Again, thank you very much for the warm welcome!
