I have started this little personal project of mine to promote RP locations that are around the game with lots of opportunities to offer (remember my past attempts to revive the guilds? Just like that, but with less demand of commitment). I am not going to set up events at these, but I do want to leave them up for showcase for those of you who are bored and looking for new RP opportunities that you may overlooked until today.
It's a slow and time-consuming thing, so don't expect super-flashy updates. If you have more to add to what I've posted, feel free to give your tidbits and personal experiences at these locations.
Keep in mind that all the information collected here is purely official canon, stuff revealed by NPCs through quests and bubble speeches. I am not including information made-up by other roleplayers who may have used the location in the past.

To be an interesting, intriguing, well-written character, there needs to be something to allow the audience to relate to them. That is what the problem is with who wants their character to be "perfect". Perfect characters will never be strong, and strong characters will never be perfect, because WE (those who read, who watch, who RP) are not perfect.
"What makes a strong character is how they deal with their flaws, their fears, their turmoils, their troubles that get in the way. That's what makes them relatable." -- N.C.
